Three cheers for Linda Holmes‘ NPR article, “Congratulations, Television! You Are Even Worse At Masculinity Than Femininity.” Holmes opines how sitcoms have become male-marginalizing dens of stereotyping and exaggeration. There is either the spineless, tea-drinking, daytime TV-watching gent or the brash, crass, bear-guzzling and emotionally shut down Neanderthal.
